Today we went to the cutest café ever: Caturday Cat Café in Bangkok. We’ve been wanting to go to a cat café for so long! Honestly, it was freaking adorable and awesome. Both of us are big animal lovers, and cats are our favorite pets. So, what more can we ask for than cuddling with kitties while sipping on our Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte and Iced Caramel Macchiato?

If you’re looking for a fun afternoon with some furry friends, make sure you spent some time here during your visit in Bangkok. It’s not a place where you get some food and drinks and leave once it’s all finished. No, you’ll want to stay there for a few hours (or forever!). How jealous we were of the staff that worked there.

The Cutest Café in Town

Caturday Cat Café in Bangkok is a very fun café filled with cats. I’m not even sure how many cats they have, but I bet it’s around 20 of them. When we first got there, there was just one cat that actually dared to come close to us (and was a big fan of Jeffrey somehow). Because we stayed for quite a long time (like a few hours), more and more cats came to us. They started playing with us, and sleeping on our table.

Not only all the cats are very fun, we also really liked the interior. They have funny paintings with cats, and tv’s agains one wall with a big bright sign saying “Caturday Cat Café”. Also, the whole place is a cat heaven, with scratch poles, (more than) enough cat food and places for them to sleep. Also, there are lots of toys you can grab to play with them. However, they preferred our straws from our icy drinks.

The staff likes to dress them up (something we think is unnecessary, they are already adorable), and the cats don’t even seem to mind. One cat showed so much love for one of the staff members and just started cuddling up to her. They are all so well-behaved. We also noticed how quiet they all were!

We truly loved being there. During having drinks and food, it’s so fun to play with the cats. We actually really had the most fun here in all of Bangkok. It just lightens up your day to be there. The whole atmosphere is so happy, even the music aligns with the whole cuteness vibe.

Menu of Caturday Cat Café

Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte and Iced Caramel Machiato.

Although we clearly didn’t go for the food or drinks, they happen to have a good list of choices. The menu is presented in a sort of photo album with all the residents of the cat café. It’s a fun way to know all the names of the cats.

We had breakfast somewhere else before, because they don’t serve breakfast. So when we got there, we weren’t really hungry. So, first we got some cold drinks. They have a large variety of choices from an Iced Chocolate to a Lemon Iced Tea. We took the Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte and Iced Caramel Macchiato, which were both very good!

Eventually we opted for a cake too, because we were there for a few hours. We took the Red Velvet Cat Cake. It was so tasty, and it looked awesome too. Of course it was in the shape of a cat.

Visit Caturday Cat Café Early

The opening hours are from Tuesday till Friday from 12 pm to 9 pm, on Saturday and Sunday they are open from 11 am to 9 pm.

We went on Saturday, and because we heard it can be really busy we went early. Online we read that sometimes people even have to stand in line to get a table. We arrived something past 11 am and got a table right away. Eventually we did notice that it got busier and busier. But probably if you’re looking to avoid a crowd, it’s best to go a bit early. Or if you want to have dinner there, have dinner around 5 pm instead of the usual 7 pm.
